Sr. Youtube Ads Specialist

We’re Looking For A(n): Senior YouTube Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) who will be responsible for leading company YouTube media buying process from A to Z. This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish. This includes creating and testing new ads, and targeting options, launching, and overseeing campaigns, scaling budgets while maintaining targeted KPI’s.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop, execute, and manage YouTube ad campaigns, maintaining a keen focus on optimizing
    spend for sales growth while achieving strict ROI targets.

  • Routinely analyze campaign results and make agile adjustments to ensure continual alignment
    with our SCALE objectives.

Advanced Analytics and Forecasting

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of both our and competitors' offer performances to identify new optimization opportunities.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain monthly/quarterly forecasts to track progress towards annual targets.

Creative Direction and Testing

  • Drive the creation of innovative and high-converting ad creatives, collaborating with the
    creative departments.

  •  Build and execute a rigorous testing schedule for ad creatives and targeting strategies to
    enhance campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Mentoring

  • Conduct YouTube media buying training and experience sharing calls within the team.

  • Regularly liaise with Offer Managers & creative team to improve cooperation and campaign

  • Lead innovation and improvement of GH team systems and advertiser campaign and launch
    flows for YouTube ads.

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

  • Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly.

  • Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure

  •  Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

  • Self-motivated and a team player.

  • Passion for the digital media space in health and wellness, personal development, and
    everything in between preferred.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs).

  • 5 years YouTube Ads campaign management experience

  • 3 years of experience with Google Ads platform, bidding and targeting, keywords and audience research, and creative testing.

  • Experience directly managing daily budget of a minimum of $20k per day with YouTube ads.

  • Experience with leading team to craft compelling ad angles.

  • Experience in Direct-To-Consumer Marketing

The anticipated salary range for this position is $86,400-$115,200, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
