Job Title: Experienced Appointment Setter (Outbound Call Center – Roofing)

Location: Remote (Latin America Preferred)
Schedule: Full-Time (Aligned with Mountain Time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Utah Time)

We are building a high-performance outbound call center to generate qualified appointments for our sales team and are looking for experienced appointment setters who know how to produce results.

Role Overview

We are hiring 1–3 experienced Appointment Setters to make outbound calls to homeowners using an auto dialer and set qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role. You will be expected to handle objections, stay consistent with call volume, and produce daily results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using an auto dialer

  • Engage prospects and identify potential roofing needs

  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team

  • Accurately log all calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM

  • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, confident tone

  • Handle objections and re-engage prospects effectively

  • Participate in training and team meetings

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs

Requirements

  • Near-native English (clear, confident, and professional)

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales

  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily

  • Strong objection-handling skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Compensation

  • Hourly base pay

  • Commission per qualified appointment set

  • Additional commission tied to deals closed from your appointments

  • Performance-based earning potential with no ceiling
