You organize and manage SEO workflows; coordinate with the team to develop strategies, manage accounts, project plans, and performance reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities
Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve organic performance by using strong analytical, technical, research, and content marketing skills
Create and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility in AI-driven and traditional search environments
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned accounts, collaborating with clients and providing recommendations aligned with SEO goals
Lead accounts and client meetings independently including creating, presenting, and managing the SEO strategy
Execute day-to-day SEO tasks such as competitive analysis, keyword research, content optimization, technical audits, local SEO optimizations, and performance analysis
Optimize on-site content for maximum organic performance; this includes content structure and quality, image optimization, Schema, interlinking strategy, UX, and metadata
Conduct keyword research to support existing content optimization and identify new growth opportunities
Monitor key organic search and AI visibility metrics, delivering concise, actionable insights that help client partners understand performance and next steps
Troubleshoot website issues, perform ad hoc analyses, and drive resolutions to completion
Stay current on AI discovery trends, consumer behavior, industry developments, algorithm updates, and SERP changes, adapting strategies as needed

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in SEO
Proven experience managing client accounts and leading SEO services
Extensive understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and industry trends
SEO experience working with e-commerce websites and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into clear, actionable insights
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and Schema
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl)
Experience managing local search listings and tools (e.g., Yext, dbaPlatform, Moz Local)
Familiarity with LLM technology and AI-driven workflows
Proactive, positive, self-starter attitude
Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines and prioritize effectively
Strong SEO copywriting and research skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Automotive experience a plus
