What You’ll Be Doing: 

Our core focus is on empowering therapists to establish thriving insurance-accepting private practices, contributing to the transformation of mental healthcare accessibility. In line with this mission, we’re on the lookout for a senior SEO expert to play a foundational role in enhancing our online visibility and ensuring that individuals seeking mental healthcare can easily find our services.

As a Growth Manager (SEO) at Grow Therapy, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies within our marketplace and our marketing site. If you’re passionate about mental health and eager to make a meaningful impact through SEO as a senior IC, you’d be a great fit!

Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases relevant to mental health therapy and insurance.

• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and informational resources, to improve organic rankings and increase targeted traffic.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the implementation of effective strategies.

On-page and off-page optimization:

• Perform website audits and identify areas for improvement in terms of technical SEO, site structure, URL optimization, meta tags, and other on-page elements.

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to optimize website content and ensure it is search engine friendly.

• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the domain authority and backlink profile of the Grow Therapy website.

Track and analyze SEO performance:

• Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and other relevant SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO software.

• Generate regular reports and present insights, trends, and recommendations to the management team to drive data-informed decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website's design and functionality.

Stay informed and share knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.

• Act as an internal subject matter expert, providing guidance, training, and support to other team members on SEO best practices.

Salary range: $97,750-$147,750

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

• Proven experience in SEO management, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting.

• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

• Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for mental health and a commitment to helping individuals find quality therapy providers.
