About the Position
We are seeking an agile, strategic and revenue-focused Vice President of Marketing to build and execute our core marketing strategy. As a core member of our executive leadership team, you will work closely with GrowthLoop’s founders and directly enable our scaling efforts, as we enter our next exciting chapter of growth.
Your B2B SaaS Marketing expertise will be instrumental in building a world-class marketing function, driving revenue growth and cementing GrowthLoop’s position as a leading player in the marketing technology space.
Responsibilities
Build and execute a comprehensive and data-driven marketing strategy including messaging, positioning, and thought leadership. Refine, scale and enhance existing groundwork.
Partner closely with our VP of Sales to drive a multi-channel lead generation strategy, optimizing conversion rates and expanding our customer base.
Build and elevate customer stories to resonate with our target audience, demonstrate the real-world impact of our solutions, and reinforce GrowthLoop’s value proposition.
Enable the sales team with targeted content, customer success stories, and lead nurturing air cover to accelerate enterprise sales cycles and increase win rates.
Serve as an outward facing thought-leader in our space, elevating GrowthLoop’s visibility and credibility through actively contributing to industry conversations, advocating for GrowthLoop at in-person events, and advancing our thought leadership in the market.
Own strategy and execution of partner and affiliate based marketing programs.
Scale our marketing team through both hiring and team development. Foster professional growth, innovation and collaboration to elevate the team’s capabilities and drive exceptional results.
Develop and drive customer marketing programs to enable upsell/cross-sell, renewals, and customer success (i.e. adoption).
Build and lead strategic Account Based Marketing campaigns to target and acquire new customers
Evaluate and optimize our content-driven SEO strategy.
Skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies that have directly enabled thoughtful and sustainable company growth
Expertise in orchestrating and continuously optimizing high-impact campaigns, across various various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content, events and social media.
Hands-on with B2B marketing technology; comfortable leveraging platforms and tools used for automation, tracking and optimization.
Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating evolving internal priorities, market trends, industry shifts and start-up challenges.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and track performance.
Experience
10-15 years of relevant SaaS B2B Marketing experience, including providing strategic leadership while remaining hands-on and operationally involved in marketing initiatives.
Proven track record in marketing application software to business end-users, with a strong preference for experience in domains like sales automation, marketing technology or customer relationship management.
Demonstrated success significantly scaling a company’s marketing operations in a start-up environment, driving substantial revenue growth.
Proven experience in building, leading and motivating high-performing marketing teams.
Has closely collaborated with Sales teams, contributed to sales enablement efforts, and can quantify the pipeline generated through marketing efforts.
Demonstrated history as an outward facing thought leader, playing a pivotal role in establishing your previous organization’s authority and credibility within their industry or domain.
Brings experience in Partner and Channel Marketing, demonstrating an understanding of collaborative marketing strategies.

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 OTE. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, such as the individual’s performance, experience and qualifications.
