Admin/Operations Manager

Location: No location restrictions, we hire remotely worldwide 🌍 / Overlap with EU and EST timezone (+2/3 GMT).

As an Admin/Ops Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient task management, email management, and calendar coordination. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our Co-Founders and the entire team by managing essential tools and performing ad-hoc tasks.

🚀 Job Responsibilities

  • Task Management: Oversee and manage tasks within our project management system (e.g., ClickUp).

  • Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including organizing and maintaining records.

  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate the Co-Founders' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Tool Management: Share invites and manage user access to GSuite, Slack, ClickUp, and other tools.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Founders and management team.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve operational processes and workflows.

🧩 Your Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a remote environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, ClickUp, and other relevant tools.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and solve problems efficiently.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.

  • Work Ethic: High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.

  • Timezone Availability: Able to work within the EU timezone. This is a fully remote position.
