“Great minds don’t think alike.” From our talented tech teams to our standout clinical expertise, we’re bringing great minds together to build more accessible services.

About the Role

As Associate Clinical Lead you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopmental Associate (ADHD) teams, supporting Associate clinicians with your clinical expertise on cases, MDTs, WIP, safeguarding, clinical enquiries, and helping improve clinical quality.

You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to interview Associate Clinicians, support clinical onboarding, lead welcome calls, and undertake quality checks and competence sign-off. You’ll also be responsible for ongoing monitoring of clinical compliance, case management, KPIs, and quality, escalating themes and trends to the Clinical Operations Manager, Heads of Service, and other key stakeholders.

A key component of this role is fostering a strong community of practice across the service, ensuring consistent clinical coverage, shared learning, and alignment in how we deliver care.

You’ll hold your own caseload (as required) and provide sickness absence cover when needed.

What You Need to Have

  • Qualified Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker, Learning Disabilities Nurse, or Registered Nurse (Adult/Child)

  • Extensive experience delivering ADHD assessments and appropriate training in diagnostic tools (DIVA5, Conners)

  • Commitment to ethical practice and safeguarding of adults/children

  • Flexibility to support Healios’ mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere
