About Us

We're a DTC brand doing $400k+/month in revenue, built almost entirely through organic viral content on TikTok and Instagram. We manage 30+ creators generating 140M+ views per month. We're lean, fast, and looking for someone who can own the day-to-day operations so the founder can focus on growth.

The Role

You'll be the operational backbone of the business. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You'll manage vendor relationships, coordinate creator payments, handle admin tasks, and keep everything running smoothly. If you like checking things off a list and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is your job.

This is NOT a strategy role. You won't be designing marketing campaigns or making product decisions. You'll be the person who makes sure the machine keeps running while leadership focuses on scaling.

What You'll Own

• Vendor coordination (packaging suppliers, 3PL, insurance, accountant)

• Creator payment processing and compensation tracking

• TikTok Shop compliance and violation responses

• Transaction classifications and bookkeeping coordination

• Email and communication on behalf of the founder

• General admin (tax doc coordination, scheduling, follow-ups)

• Eventually onboarding and managing additional VAs as we scale

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience in ecom, DTC, or startup ops

• You see a task and you do it. No hand-holding, no 4 clarifying questions before you start

• Strong written communication

• Comfortable with Slack, spreadsheets, and picking up new tools quickly

• Can handle sensitive information (financials, vendor contracts, tax docs)

• US-based, available during US business hours

Bonus Points

• Experience with creator/influencer programs

• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopify, or Amazon seller operations

• Has worked at a brand doing $1M+/year

Compensation

• $60,000-$78,000/year (W-2)

• Remote, full-time

• 30-day trial period
