Creator Partnerships & Business Development Associate

We’re hiring a Creator Partnerships & Business Development Associate to own relationship-driven growth at Heights Platform. You’ll source and onboard creator partners, affiliates, customers, and help book podcast opportunities. You’ll work directly with our founder and spend your days building connections with some of the most successful creator entrepreneurs in the world.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• The desire to make impact and help our creators grow their knowledge businesses.

• Excellent written communication ability.

• An outgoing, proactive personality. You love talking with people, and you can turn a conversation into a scheduled call, clear next step, or closed loop.

• The ability to constantly learn and improve at the forefront of the latest creator trends.

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely effectively.

• Experience in the world of creator businesses: online courses, content creation, community building, or digital marketing.

• A fast and reliable internet connection.

• Experience working on affiliate programs is a plus.

• Prior experience in a growth or sales role is a plus. Even better if you’ve sold a product online yourself in the past.

• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own creator and affiliate partnerships end-to-end. From sourcing leads to getting the creator up and running with Heights.

• Build and maintain relationships with creators: partners, affiliates, podcast guests, and key customers.

• Source and review potential guests for our podcast, “The Creator’s Adventure.”

• Help get our founder booked on podcasts and partnership appearances.

• Communicate with creators via email and online video meetings.

• Develop a deep understanding of our rapidly evolving product to clearly articulate how it benefits potential partners and customers.

How you’ll be set up for success:

• Work directly with our founder and have a direct impact in outbound growth strategy.

• Collaboration and assistance from our copywriter for any marketing/sales copy you need.

• A ChatGPT Team account, access to our internal AI agents, and you are encouraged to leverage AI.
