Manager, Paid Social

About the Role:

The Manager, Paid Social will be responsible for the development and execution of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media advertising and will have experience managing large-scale campaigns with a focus on driving conversions at an efficient scale. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing and will work closely with other channel leads as well as creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and brand messaging. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for Facebook campaign execution, budget pacing, and optimization

  • Collaboratively build and execute a channel strategy to meet both short term and long term acquisition goals

  • Develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the channel and business impact

  • Support the delivery of reporting materials, reports and presentations

  • Proactively take steps to drive business outcomes and independently envision what’s required for the future success of the paid social program.

  • Lead expansion onto additional channels (ie. TikTok, Snap, and others) with meticulous attention to details

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience working on healthcare, wellness, or relevant brands

  • Knowledge of additional marketing channels including Google, TikTok, Snap, and others

  • Knowledge of social media advertising best practices, trends, and features across various platforms

  • Experience using web and data analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, etc. and experience integrating campaign data into broader performance reports.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via digital advertising, preferably with multi-million dollar monthly budgets

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large budget direct-response paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram is a must), preferably in highly competitive consumer-oriented verticals, with direct accountability for profit contribution and return on spend

  • Able to navigate and triage pixels and conversion events on the platform side.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills- comfortable with pivot tables, vlookups, etc.

  • Exceptional analytical/quantitative skills and aptitude

  • Able to project manage both short term campaign planning and long term vision for paid social strategy and new channel expansion

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on creative assets and landing page optimization

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.  

H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying! 

An estimate of the current salary range is

$75,000—$150,000 USD
