Australia Supply Acquisition Manager (12 month contract)

About the role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Applicants must be based in Australia.

In this role, you will grow the Hipcamp Host community across Australia by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new Hosts onto the platform. You will work with a diverse mix of prospective partners, from farmers and private landowners exploring agritourism or diversifying farm income, to established holiday parks and caravan park groups looking to increase bookings and expand their market reach.

This is a sales-focused role with a strong outbound component. You will manage a pipeline of leads and conduct outreach via phone, including cold calling, email, and other channels to introduce prospective Hosts to Hipcamp and guide them through onboarding. Consistent outreach is essential - this is a results-driven sales role that requires persistence, resilience, and the ability to confidently move conversations through to close. We take a proactive, growth-led approach, clearly demonstrating how Hipcamp can help landowners and park operators increase bookings, diversify income, and access new guest demand.

You will work towards clear targets and contribute directly to Hipcamp’s supply growth in Australia. From first conversation through to launch, you will support new Hosts through onboarding, helping them configure listings and equipping them with a clear understanding of how Hipcamp works, our guidelines, and what drives success on the platform. You will apply marketplace insights and best practices to optimise listings from day one, positioning Hosts to maximise revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.

This is a remote role with a high degree of autonomy. You will manage your time, prioritise effectively, and drive your pipeline independently. The role suits someone who thrives with clear goals, takes initiative, and actively looks for ways to improve results.

What you'll do

  • You consistently generate new supply across Australia by introducing prospective Hosts, both private landowners and commercial operators, to the Hipcamp platform and supporting them through going live.

  • You are comfortable with outbound outreach, including cold calling, and you approach conversations with confidence, professionalism, and commercial clarity.

  • You effectively manage a high-volume pipeline and move leads forward in a structured and disciplined way.

  • You meet or exceed quarterly targets and take ownership of your results.

  • You clearly communicate Hipcamp’s value proposition, tailoring your approach depending on whether you are speaking with a first-time Host or an established holiday park seeking incremental bookings and expanded distribution.

  • You guide new Hosts through onboarding with attention to detail, ensuring listings are complete, accurate, and optimised for performance.

  • You use data and marketplace insights, including pricing guidance, seasonal demand patterns, and listing best practices, to set Hosts up for long-term success.

  • You operate independently and proactively in a remote environment, maintaining momentum without close supervision.

  • You look for ways to improve performance by refining messaging, experimenting with outreach strategies, and contributing ideas that strengthen our broader sales process.

  • You understand that Hipcamp’s growth is built on both individual ownership and strong collaboration.

  • You share insights from the field with internal teams and work closely with Support, Marketing, Product, and Operations to strengthen our product offering.
