Technical Recruiter

Hostaway is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top technical talent for our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting technical interviews with Developers, both frontend and backend. Your expertise in evaluating technical skills and experience will be essential in identifying candidates who possess the necessary qualifications to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical interviews with Developers, assessing their skills and experience in frontend and backend development.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open positions.

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical abilities and cultural fit.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.


  • Prior experience conducting technical interviews with Developers, both frontend and backend.

  • Strong knowledge of technical skills and experience required for frontend and backend development roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.
