Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Huddle Up is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing efforts for our innovative care model dedicated to supporting families, educators, and providers and who is passionate about impacting children and adolescents. This role is pivotal in shaping our messaging, content strategy, and engagement initiatives across various stakeholders. You will take full-stack responsibility for specific product lines, contributing directly to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for specific product areas.

    • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demand.

  • Enablement:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and client success, and clinical to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.

    • Create and maintain resources and materials to enable internal teams.

    • Develop and lead enablement sessions, presenting key information, strategies, and value in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Pricing & Packaging:

    • Develop and implement pricing strategies for new offerings that align with our product positioning and market dynamics.

    • Define and refine product packaging to maximize value for customers and drive revenue growth.

  • Positioning & Messaging:

    • Craft compelling and differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audiences, including providers, families, educators, and school districts. 

    • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels, including website, collateral, and sales materials.

  • Competitive Analysis & Market Research:

    • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.

    • Perform market sizing and growth analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Growth Strategy:

    • Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive product growth and expand our customer base.

    • Collaborate with the product team to develop and refine product roadmaps based on market insights and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or education technology sectors.

  • Passion for education and helping students

  • Proven ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong design/layout experience and familiarity with design programs such as Canva and Figma

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in public speaking engagements is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The on-target earnings for this role is between $100,000 - $120,000. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.
