Commercial Partnerships Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Commercial Partnerships Analyst (report to Partnerships Manager). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing listings on our partner’ websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, optimising pricing strategies, and providing insights on trends and competitors to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage listings on partner websites

  • Ensure all listing information is accurate, including vehicle details, ancillaries, photos, and pricing.

  • Monitor and update availability calendars to reflect accurate booking status.

  • Implement pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.

  • Spot and resolve listings issues and report to the Partnerships Manager in a timely manner.

  • Reply to customer inquiries in a timely manner

  • Stay up-to-date with partner website policies and regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Stay on top of trend and competitors activities on partner websites, and share insights with internal stakeholders

 

Qualifications:

  • Based in APAC or Mexico, willingness to work in either APAC time zone or US time zone

  • Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in travel, ecommerce, property management or relevant fields

  • Familiarity with online booking systems preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Problem-solving abilities and strong willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus
