About the role:

We are looking for a hungry and enthusiastic Demand Generation Manager to join our team! The Demand Generation Manager will work in close partnership with the demand generation leadership team to drive the development and execution of marketing programs that deliver high-quality MQLs and opportunities for our business.

 Responsibilities:

  • Implementation, management and execution of various paid ad types (primarily Google Search and LinkedIn) to capture demand globally.

  • Execution of multi-channel campaigns and support on creating compelling content across social media, email, and ads, longer-form written content, and videos that align to engage potential customers across various stages of the buyer’s journey.

  • Help design and implement email marketing strategies that nurture leads and enhance lead conversion rates.

  • Continuously test and optimize landing pages, ads, emails and other externally facing content to improve conversion rates, and drive customer action.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to drive high conversions and ultimately MQLs.

  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying new ideas and tools to stay ahead of the competition.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in marketing for B2B SaaS organizations. eCommerce industry experience is a plus.

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation or inbound marketing, with a solid track record of increasing MQLs and SQLs.

  • Experience in PPC advertising, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing. (Performance marketing will be critical to this role, please only apply if you have experience running paid ad campaigns).

  • Experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

  • Knowledge of marketing systems and processes, with working knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Wordpress, Salesforce CRM, marketing attribution, sales development platforms).

  • Proven experience in developing marketing plans, content, and campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones.

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret and report data insights to inform data-driven decisions.

  • Solid project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, creatively and independently.

  • Be comfortable with a fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation and is happy to fail, as long as we fail fast and learn.
