About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our go-to-market initiatives for cutting-edge education technology products. This role is pivotal in positioning Innovare as the leading partner for educational transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, and Customer Success, to ensure that our messaging resonates with key stakeholders and that our products are effectively launched and adopted in the market.
Responsibilities
Market Insight & Segmentation: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target segments, uncover customer needs, and position Innovare's products competitively.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that engage key decision-makers and influencers and drive product adoption.
Product Positioning: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the unique value propositions of Innoâ„¢.
Product Launch Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and a cohesive strategy for market entry and customer engagement.
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with effective resources, tools, and training to enhance their ability to communicate Innovare’s value propositions and close deals.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-impact content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with product messaging and customer needs.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Partnership & Community Engagement: Foster strategic
partnerships and manage relationships with key influencers, analysts, and education leaders to build Innovare’s brand equity.
Performance Tracking: Utilize data-driven approaches to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Customer Feedback Loop: Manage a system to collect and analyze user feedback, ensuring it informs product and marketing strategies.
Lifecycle Marketing: Develop strategies to engage leads through the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
Revenue Growth Support: Collaborate with sales to create pricing, promotions, and upsell initiatives that drive revenue.
Innovative Marketing Tactics: Experiment with new marketing tactics and channels to keep Innovare at the forefront of industry trends.
Product Adoption: Partner with Customer Success to drive onboarding and ensure full product utilization.
Strategic Product Input: Provide market-driven insights to guide the product roadmap.
Event & Webinar Management: Plan and execute events that highlight Innovare’s leadership and product innovations.
Qualifications
5+ years of product marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the edtech industry
Experience marketing to education leaders, including developing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at school administrators, teachers, and other education stakeholders.
Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and experience in developing and executing ABM campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure the success of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing
Experience with B2B marketing and knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Hubspot).
Experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing timelines and budgets.
Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and marketing campaigns
Passion for education technology and a desire to make a difference in the lives of students and communities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing strategic or tech partnerships, including developing and executing joint marketing campaigns, creating co-branded content, and negotiating partnership agreements.
Experience in event management, including planning, executing, and promoting events such as conferences, webinars, and workshops.
Experience in community management, including developing and executing community engagement strategies, managing social media accounts, and fostering online communities.
Experience launching analytics products or working with data, including experience with data analysis tools, data visualization, and data storytelling.
Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop new and creative approaches to marketing and problem-solving.
