Manager- B2B Content Strategy
Salary Range: $100k-$115k + 10-15% annual bonus eligible
Location: This role is remote eligible.
However, we have offices in Washington, D.C., and N.Y.C. and would be thrilled if you wanted to relocate and work with us in person. Our in-office teams come together for collaborative work in the office Tuesday through Thursday and work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Your Mission:
Your mission is to be our content strategy utility player. This includes developing and executing a content strategy to accelerate our growth, support sales, and increase brand visibility across a variety of channels. You’ll play a strong role in creating and developing content for multiple campaigns. You’ll monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing content through metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Your content will reinforce our brand and value proposition by communicating our expertise and strengths.
You will be working on a marketing team of 3 and will report to our Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Loretta Prencipe.

You stayed up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor’s activities, resulting in informed content creation, high-quality marketing materials, and adjustments in our strategy accordingly.

What You’ll Be Responsible for In Your Role:
Enhance and implement our comprehensive content strategy project management, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and drives business results
Create high-quality and personalized marketing materials, including videos, blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and other relevant content
Conduct deep dives into our analytics, keeping a tight track of performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, adjusting our strategy accordingly
Edit and proofread all marketing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with our brand guidelines
Build and manage our content calendar and ensure deadlines are met for all our marketing initiatives
Maintain our marketing database and customer profiles while monitoring and reporting competitor activities and industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure our messaging is consistent however it is deployed
Provide ABM research support
Develop creative and innovative designs for print and digital marketing materials
Who You Are:
You have 3-5 years of experience in a B2B content marketing-focused role in a fast-paced environment
You have 2 years of B2B marketing experience in one or more of the following areas: EV charging management, fleet, or energy
You are a project manager through and through with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines while working as a content strategist and content developer
You have exceptional editing and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail
You create content campaigns that include written, visual, and video elements
You are an expert at both short-form and long-form writing and can create compelling and personalized content that resonates with any targeted audience and drives business results
You have created compelling content for social media
You are familiar with web design and have successfully developed compelling visuals and concepts for websites
