Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to spearhead optimization strategies and drive significant improvements across our digital platforms. As a strategic leader, you will enhance user experiences, optimize key conversion funnels, and deliver measurable results across our brand, website and digital assets. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Identify key conversion opportunities and craft roadmaps for continuous improvement.
Advanced Testing & Optimization:
Design and manage advanced A/B, multivariate, and personalization tests across platforms.
Optimize conversion funnels with a focus on lifetime value and retention metrics.
Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to uncover opportunities, track performance, and measure the impact of optimization efforts.
Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to inform hypotheses and strategies.
User Experience Optimization:
Conduct usability testing, heatmap analysis, and user journey mapping to identify pain points.
Work with design and development teams to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, design, development, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution of CRO initiatives.
Act as a key advocate for data-backed decisions across the organization.
Performance Monitoring:
Continuously track and report site performance metrics, ensuring optimizations lead to tangible business outcomes.
Stay vigilant in identifying and addressing any new areas of improvement.
Innovation & Industry Expertise:
Keep up-to-date with the latest CRO trends, tools, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Explore emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, for personalization and optimization opportunities.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Promote best practices in CRO across the organization.

Proven Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, Intelligems), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
