As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to product usage and user behavior.
Communicate changes, insights, and recommendations to main stakeholders, including product teams, executives, and other relevant departments. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for evaluating product features and improvements.
Interpret A/B test results to evaluate the impact of product changes and feature releases.
Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing data validation processes and monitoring data pipelines.
Document analysis methodologies, data sources, and findings to contribute to the knowledge repository of the team.
Work closely with engineering, product managers, marketing, and customer support teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance the user experience.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts within the team, sharing knowledge, and best practices, and fostering their professional growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and product management.
What will make us choose you?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related disciplines
Proven experience as a data analyst, with at least 4 years in a product-focused role
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Tableau as a data visualization tool
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Google Analytics.
Experience supporting team members with resolving technical blockages and definitions as well as coaching to develop team members' skills
Experience with project management is a plus
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
