Executive Assistant to the CEO
About The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a trusted strategic partner and force multiplier for our CEO, helping him operate at his highest level of impact. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the utmost discretion in handling confidential information. Alongside this strategic remit, you'll also manage the CEO's schedule, travel, meeting materials, and other administrative essentials — with the same precision and attention to detail.
This role reports directly to the CEO and is open to candidates located in the UK, with a strong preference for someone based in London. While this is a fully remote role, there may be times when meeting the CEO and various partners in our London office is necessary, so flexibility to work out of this office is required.
Because our CEO is based in London while much of the leadership team and company operate on US Pacific and Eastern time, his day follows a deliberate rhythm — a protected London morning for deep, uninterrupted work; a compressed execution window from roughly 2:00–9:00pm UK time as the US comes online; and firm evening and family boundaries that don't flex. That 2:00–9:00pm window anchors the role, but flexibility matters beyond it too — someone in this position should be able to adapt outside core hours when something genuinely needs attention.
