Account Executive (Velocity)

Your Role

As an Account Executive at Jump, you’ll be responsible for opening, managing, and closing B2B software deals in a high velocity SMB sales motion. As one of the early AEs, you’ll help build Jump’s outbound sales engine to deliver reliable, qualified revenue every month. This is a hands-on role where you’ll carry quota, own pipeline, and contribute across the team to help Jump win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry an annual ARR quota, measured monthly.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities to hit and exceed quota goals.

  • Maintain CRM pipeline with meticulous organization.

  • Work directly with financial advisor customers to understand their needs and deliver value.

  • Manage a high velocity, high volume SMB-facing sales motion.

  • Leverage the latest AI-enabled sales technology to create efficiency and scale.

  • Help Jump remain the category leader, trusted and loved by customers.

  • Contribute to building Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60k–$100k
