💼 What You’ll Do:

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, emails from warm leads

• Call outbound leads in your pipeline and close deals like a pro

• Use a consultative, non-pushy sales approach

• Train with your sales manager regularly to sharpen your skills

• Join virtual sales meetings 3x/week, and connect with the team for support and strategy

• Participate in fun competitions and monthly prize incentives

• Track your performance with daily feedback reports and team dashboards
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (preferred in home services, construction, or customer-focused industries)

• Proficient in English – verbal and written

• High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully

• Comfortable with CRM software or sales tracking tools

• Driven, energetic, and eager to grow in a performance-based role
