Lifecycle Marketing Manager

To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This person will play a significant role in growing the business by enabling key engagement, winback, and retention-focused campaigns and programs, driving process improvement, how we understand performance data, and prioritizing experimentation and program optimization.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving patient growth: acquisition, retention, and resurrection as well as driving revenue growth by increasing LTV through increasing utilization and cross selling of additional service lines
Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage patients in their journey on knownwell across email, text, push notifications, and in-app messaging surfaces
Define and measure key metrics and funnels in the patient journey
Create an ideas/tactics roadmap each quarter to drive patient growth toward goal
Data-driven approach: test and measure all communications and experiences to ensure they favorablyimpact key metrics
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design and operations to meet ambitious growth targets
Measure and report on the impact of projects and progress towards goal
Qualifications:
5+ years in growth or marketing, with demonstrated experience creating and analyzing owned channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging)
A/B testing experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing a testing roadmap
Data-led decision making and analytical skills
Experience working marketing automation technologies
