Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Account Representative to join our Customer Success Team.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, with expertise in enterprise SaaS and e-commerce solutions. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be upselling and cross selling to existing clients.
You will utilize various outreach methods, including cold calls, email campaigns.
What you will do:
Identify and qualify leads within our existing customers.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and painpoints.
Perform demos to prospects.
Design and execute outbound email campaigns to attract potential clients.
Work closely with the marketing and Implementations teams to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and ensure a smooth transition of new clients.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads and activities within the CRM system.
Gaining insights into new product features and effectively selling them to customers.
Independently optimizing activities and processes to achieve your sales goals.
What do we expect from you:
Has a strong drive and results-oriented approach to sales and works together with different departments to generate new revenue.
Is fluent in English (must).
Learns quickly and develops knowledge of a new industry and complex software solutions.
Has at least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in quota-carrying sales roles selling SaaS solutions.
Meets and surpasses sales goals through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
Holds a bachelor's degree in commercial economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Has experience in enterprise SaaS and e-commerce sales; experience in floriculture is a plus.
Is skilled in using CRM, Sales outreach and automation tools.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
