Solutions Associate (BDR)

Our founders built a previous agency (Monsoon) that was acquired by Capital One in 2015.

Role Overview:

As a Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, collaborating closely with the Vice President of Strategy & Growth and other team members to drive business growth and forge strategic relationships with leading financial organizations globally. Your primary focus will be on setting high-quality meetings with key decision-makers and influencers within banks and payment processors, paving the way for impactful discussions on digital transformation and business process automation with AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Meeting Setting: Proactively identify, target, and engage key stakeholders, Soincluding C-level executives, directors, and department heads within banks and payment processors, to schedule high-quality meetings.

  • Value-Based Communication: Clearly communicate the value proposition of our digital consultancy's services and solutions, emphasizing how we can address specific pain points, drive innovation, and deliver tangible business outcomes.

  • Meeting Preparation: Conduct thorough research and preparation for meetings, including understanding the prospect's business challenges, competitive landscape, industry trends, and potential opportunities for collaboration.

  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication, personalized outreach, and value-driven engagement, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop targeted outreach strategies, create compelling pitches and proposals, and execute integrated campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and expanding the sales pipeline.

  • Follow-Up and Follow-Through: Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, leveraging insights from meetings and interactions to tailor follow-up messages, address questions or concerns, and drive progression towards next steps and decision-making.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the fintech and banking sectors to provide strategic insights, market intelligence, and thought leadership during meetings and engagements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or consulting roles within the financial services industry, with a demonstrated ability to set meetings with senior-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft persuasive messages, present compelling value propositions, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for driving innovation and digital transformation in the financial sector.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
