We’re now looking for a Paid Media Analyst who can plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing, B2B lead generation, testing, reporting, and campaign execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Build campaign structures based on audience, intent, funnel stage, and offer
Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation, ABM, retargeting, and pipeline growth
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing when needed
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor research, and campaign audits
Write and test ad copy variations for different campaigns and audience segments
Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and pipeline impact
Review landing pages and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates
Work with tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and ad platform pixels
Prepare performance reports with clear insights, next steps, and optimization priorities
Collaborate with the internal team on creative, copy, targeting, offers, and campaign strategy
Stay current with paid media trends, platform updates, and B2B advertising best practices
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is required
Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns is strongly preferred
Comfortable working with campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, conversion tracking, and reporting
Strong understanding of funnel strategy, landing pages, audience segmentation, and retargeting
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
Able to analyze data and turn performance numbers into clear recommendations
Strong writing skills for ad copy, campaign messaging, and performance insights
C1 English level or above is required and will be tested
Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and manage multiple accounts at once
Must overlap at least half of your workday with CST/EST
