Amazon/ eCommerce Manager

We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about eCommerce, highly analytical, with a growth-mindset and ready to take charge of our whole eCommerce department and manage a small but growing team. To succeed in this competitive business environment, you will need to move quickly, test new opportunities, learn rapidly and adapt your ways of working. Our team is based in Europe and Asia so for time zone reasons we need someone in either Europe or Asia.

What you’ll be responsible for as eCommerce manager

  • Leading, managing, growing and developing the remote eCom team. We currently have team members in the UK, the Philipines and Turkey.

  • Overseeing Amazon marketplace day-to-day operations

  • Ensuring all listings are optimised and working on improvements via polls and Amazon experiments

  • Managing the planning, setup and maintenance of promotions and campaigns

  • Planning and forecasting to deliver on agreed goals

  • Staying up to date with new features and best practices for selling on Amazon

  • Lead, motivate and develop your direct reports including remote employees

  • Amazon troubleshooting

What does a successful candidate look like:

  • 3+ years of Amazon FBA and eCommerce experience

  • Commercially aware to maximise sales, margin, and cashflow

  • Experience developing processes in a controlled and efficient manner

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail, and demonstrate success in follow through

  • Have strong analytical and decision making skills

  • Excellent management and leadership skills - experience with EOS a plus
