SEO Sales Assistant

We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we're looking to bring on a SEO Sales Assistant to help us propel our growth.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Sales experience or a desire to grow in sales.

  • Meticulous organization skills.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google docs and writing proposals.

  • Hard-working and super proactive.

  • SEO experience/knowledge is a huge plus!

  • Fluent in verbal/written English.


  • Send pre-meeting reminders via email and text for all new calls.

  • Attend any new client meetings and take notes on action items.

  • Schedule secondary calls with appropriate team members.

  • Set reminders for all emails the Director of SEO needs to reply to on a daily basis.

  • Frequently follow up with all outstanding proposals to move deals along the pipeline.

  • Keep CRM pipeline numbers and deal stages up to date.

  • Keep the Director of SEO’s inbox organized.

  • Note any internal meetings or deadlines for reminders.

  • Set up SearchAtlas tabs for relevant demo meetings.

  • Set up any client accounts, invoices, subscriptions.
