Marketing Manager

Social Media

  • Manage and grow all platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and any emerging channels

  • Consistent daily posting

  • Stay ahead of platform trends and cultural moments relevant to the brand

  • Monitor and respond to all comments and DMs in a timely manner

  • Route customer service issues to the appropriate contact

  • Track analytics and reporting across all platforms

  • Continuously refine content strategy based on performance data

  • Build and nurture an engaged, on-brand community

Content Creation

  • This role requires an active, practicing photographer

  • Plan and lead regular content shoots independently

  • Attend e-commerce shoots to supplement your own content pipeline

  • Handle all photo editing in-house

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom required

  • Create social tiles, graphics, and any other visual assets needed

  • Take content from concept to post

  • Maintain Loudmouth's bold visual identity across every piece of content

Influencers and Brand Ambassadors

  • Identify influencers and personalities who authentically fit the Loudmouth world

  • Manage product gifting efforts, prioritizing individuals who drive real engagement

  • Repost influencer content to maximize reach and traction

  • Develop and maintain long-term brand ambassador relationships

  • Identify celebrity and influencer targets in key markets for launch moments and seasonal gifting

Partnerships

  • Identify cross-promotion opportunities with aligned brands and organizations

  • Maintain a regular cadence of social and email-focused partnerships

  • Execute sweepstakes and giveaway offerings

Copywriting

  • Write all social captions in Loudmouth's voice: fun, confident, cheeky

  • Handle copy across email campaigns, social posts, and any additional touch points

  • Maintain consistent tone of voice across every platform

Email and Outbound Channels

  • Support email campaign scheduling and copy development

  • Work within Klaviyo (baseline familiarity required, willingness to grow expected)

  • Identify additional outbound opportunities such as SMS and beyond

Paid Advertising

  • Partner with our digital marketing agency on paid social strategy

  • Deliver creative assets needed to fuel ad campaigns

Qualifications

  • Deeply fluent in social media — both culturally and algorithmically

  • Self-starter who moves fast, follows through, and owns their work

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, plus any other relevant tools

  • Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats and tones

  • Baseline familiarity with Shopify

  • Experience with influencer gifting and partnership programs a plus

  • Passion for bold, expressive style — a connection to golf, sport, or lifestyle culture is a big plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, or a related role

  • Photography experience and a passion for capturing content a huge plus
