Marketing Assistant

The role

You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall marketing strategy across major platforms and channels: e-commerce site, EDMs, KOL relationship management, campaigns planning and social media executions. You will play a key role in achieving business objectives through your daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities and your team-specific projects. Reporting directly to the Singapore Marketing Manager, you will analyse, interpret and report business results to achieve the overall KPIs and success of our marketing channels.

  • Technical knowledge in marketing aspects, including but not limited to e-commerce site management, EDMs, KOL relationship management, campaigns planning and social media executions

Main responsibilities

EDMs

  • Execute weekly EDMs with accurate UTM links and segment sends

  • Contribute to new content ideas / formats for eDM

Onsite

  • Sequencing, execution and management of various onsite touchpoints

  • Work with relevant teams to create onsite assets and all promo codes for online tacticals

KOL/Media collaborations

  • Weekly coordination with try-on influencers – creation of lookbooks & tracking links, booking out of fitting rooms, other delivery matters

  • Organising, managing timelines and coordinating logistics for weekly and ad-hoc seedings

  • Manage timelines and prompt follow-ups with KOL/media for various orders and campaigns

Social

  • Manage and execute social marketing and monthly content calendars of owned social channels

  • Design, sequence, create and execute social content, with usage of software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro/Final Cut

Campaigns

  • Support and participate in campaign planning, from ideation to execution

  • Researching, outreaching, liaising and coordinating plans with external partners

Others

  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting – updating weekly + monthly performance deck with SG

  • Organising and upkeep of internal trackers, SOPs and tools – social notion guidebook, task tracker, social talent casting framework, expense tracking, giveaway tracker, latergram.com [social scheduling and #linkinbio tool]

  • Coordinate, execute and manage timelines for marketing collaterals and assets required for all marketing touchpoints

  • Administrative support and daily upkeep of internal trackers performance reporting, calendars and work requests

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing field

  • Highly Adept in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro/Final Cut

  • Strong multi-tasking skills

  • Able to adapt in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under pressure

  • Prior experience in lifestyle/fashion photography and videography will be a plus
