About the Job:

A super-successful digital media company lives or dies on sustained attention, user attraction, retention and engagement with its content. Our company wants to hire a thoughtful, talented, unique-thinking Media Specialist who will be responsible for influencing and implementing the company's product growth and strategies through paid media advertising. You will work collaboratively with those on your team and across teams as needed. We will hire someone who is as comfortable working independently and also collaboratively, who communicates easily with team members, accepts feedback and critique as tools to improve, and most of all is ready to grow into an exceptional and critical member of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Producing and deploying assigned client digital campaigns, which may include one or more of the following: Facebook Ads; Google Ads; Microsoft Ads; YouTube video ads; display networks and individual site placements

  • Provide daily monitoring, goal tracking, and optimizations

  • Provide regularly scheduled performance reports with the account management team

  • Continued research, development, and evolution of all digital marketing offerings and tactics

  • Provide strategic insights for clients and work with our Account and Sales team to effectively communicate these to our clients on calls or video conferences

  • Ability to take complex problems and create efficient solutions

Requirements

  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Ads

  • Must have knowledge and experience with spreadsheet/budgeting software (Excel)

  • Must love and be able to communicate data-driven insights to our Account team as well as our clients at an expert level

  • Provide regularly scheduled performance reports with Account team and clients

  • Strong eye for detail and high standards for quality of work

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize a high volume of projects with top-notch organizational skills

About the Interview Process

Our goal is to ensure the application process is transparent and straightforward. As such, qualified candidates can expect the following steps:

  • Round 2: Interview with Insights Director

  • Round 3: Interview with Team Lead and Supervisor
