Why does this role exist?

We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to streamline our supply chain operations and enhance our data management processes. This role is crucial in supporting our Operations team by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating supply-demand planning, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The position exists to bridge the gap between data analytics and operational execution, helping us make informed decisions and optimize our beverage solutions. 

The Impact you’ll make

Supply Chain Management

  • Prepare and maintain supply-demand planning data

  • Research market status and provide direct reporting to Supply Demand Planner

  • Support inventory consumption tracking and expiration management

Data Operations

  • Convert non-standardized customer data into defined formats

  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy

  • Generate monthly reports using Google Workspace

  • Implement algorithmic solutions for data analysis

System Integration

  • Coordinate between multiple systems to ensure data transparency

  • Execute requirements from supply demand planner

  • Support operational process improvements

  • Conduct regular market research and status reporting

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Native English proficiency

  • Experience with JavaScript

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets

  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Proven attention to detail in documentation handling

  • Ability to work US time zone hours (PST)

  • Strong understanding of algorithms and analytical tools

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

  • Remote position

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)

  • Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters

  • 40 hours per week

Compensation:

  • $5 per hour

  • No benefits package included
