“Cleaning, like house cleaning? Seriously?” Yup, that’s what we do and we’re pretty awesome at it.

We’re a national franchise and our team members work completely remotely….we have team members in California, El Salvador, Honduras, Jamaica, South Africa, and India at the moment. We're currently recruiting Operations Coordinators for multiple franchise locations. This means there may be opportunities available across different markets within our network, depending on each location's hiring needs.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are a reliable and ORGANIZED individual who is good at detail work and loves getting things done.

• You have strong writing and computer skills, and you ALWAYS follow through on what you promise.

• You are super organized and VERY on top of your to-dos. Being detail-oriented is key!

• You have customer service skills and know how to de-escalate a situation when needed.

• You enjoy problem-solving and can multitask while staying organized.

• You ideally have previous scheduling experience, although it's not required (we'll train you!).

• You're big on delivering on promises and seeing things through. If you say you'll get back to someone about a task, you do it without fail.

• You can make decisions independently when given guidelines and don't need constant direction. You can think for yourself!

• You're also good at working collaboratively with a team and love helping out your teammates.

• You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can think clearly under pressure!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We're not big on official titles. The Founder of our company is called "Head Janitor," and our head sales guy is "Head Toilet Paper Roll Dispenser."

If we had to put a title to this role, it would be Daily Operations Coordinator.

As a DOC, your primary responsibility is to make sure the trains run smoothly day to day and put out any fires!

You'll work in operations and learn all aspects of the business. Initially, you'll help cleaners stay on track with their jobs, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and assist with scheduling.

You'll also:

• Coordinate cleaner entry issues and service upgrades with customers.

• Stay on top of cancellations and rescheduling requests.

• Process incoming tickets and emails.

• Communicate with cleaners and customers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.

• Help ensure jobs are completed smoothly and customers receive excellent service.

It's a fast-paced role where you'll be cross-training with a fun team that knows how to have a laugh while taking work seriously!

REQUIREMENTS

• You MUST have very strong WiFi and a quiet place to take calls.

• This is a long-term position. You’ll take 2-3 months to fully ramp up, so you should only apply if you’re looking to join a company long-term.

• You must be VERY reliable. Showing up on time, since the team is dependent on you!

• Have a strong work ethic and track record of delivering results

• We’re a pretty goofy bunch so a good sense of humor is a huge plus :)
