Rockstar Operations Coordinator Needed for Cleaning Company

  • ⏲ Full-time. Working between 8AM-5PM EST (Eastern standard time). Your shift will likely be through the weekend.

We’re a national franchise and our team members work completely remotely….we have team members in California, El Salvador, Honduras, Jamaica, South Africa, and India at the moment. We do regular residential and vacation rental cleaning in multiple cities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are likely a reliable and ORGANIZED individual who is good at detail work and you love to get stuff done.

  • You have strong writing & computer skills, and will ALWAYS follow through with what you promise.

  • You must be super organized and VERY on top of to-dos. Detail-oriented is key!

  • You have some customer service skills and know how to de-escalate a situation if needed.

  • You enjoy problem-solving and are able to multi-task and stay organized.

  • You ideally have some previous scheduling experience, although not required (we’ll train you!)

  • You’re big on delivering on promises and seeing things through. If you say you’ll get back to someone on a task, you do it without fail.
    You can make decisions on your own, if you are given guidelines, and don't need too much direction. You can think for yourself.

  • You’re also good at working collaboratively and with a team, and love helping out team members.

  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thinking under pressure!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We’re not big on official titles….the Founder of our company’s title is “Head Janitor” and our head sales guy is “Head Toilet Paper Roll Dispenser”. 

If we had to put a title to this role, it would be “Daily Operations Coordinator”.

As a DOC, your primary role is to make sure the trains run smoothly day to day and put out any fires!

You’ll be working in operations and will learn all aspects - but starting out you’ll be helping cleaners stay on track with their jobs and making sure the trains run smoothing as well as assisting with some scheduling.

You’ll help cleaners by coordinating their entry issues and upgrades with customers. You’ll be on top of cancellations and reschedules and processing incoming tickets/emails. It’s fast-paced and you’ll be cross-training with a fun team that both has laughs and takes work seriously!

REQUIREMENTS

  • You MUST have very strong WiFi and a quiet place to take calls.

  • This is a long-term position. You’ll take 2-3 months to fully ramp up, so you should only apply if you’re looking to join a company long-term.

  • You must be VERY reliable. Showing up on time, since the team is dependent on you!

  • Have a strong work ethic and track record of delivering results

  • We’re a pretty goofy bunch so a good sense of humor is a huge plus :)
