TLDR: We’re seeking a Social Media Manager who is confident in creating & maintaining the social media calendar for an eCommerce company in the sleep industry (part-time, fully remote)

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is full of creative ideas, passionate about the newest social media trends, and eager to develop and expand the social media presence of a rapidly growing sleep accessories brand (Mantasleep.com). The ideal candidate will be confident working autonomously, proactive in exploring innovative content ideas, and committed to regularly updating our Instagram and TikTok pages.

Proficiency in English as a first language is essential for this role.

We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager who is independent, imaginative, and enthusiastic about sleep optimization.

We need someone who:

  • Has a strong creative eye, contributing engaging content ideas for our social channels.

  • Is detail-oriented and responsible for the management of our social media calendar, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

  • Passionately follows social media trends, with an understanding of strategies for account growth.

  • Demonstrates clear written communication, creating briefs for designers and answering comments on social media channels.

  • Is self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and taking initiative when necessary.

  • Is reliable and consistent with posting and delivering high-quality content.

  • Is confident shooting content of themselves with our products and speaking on camera would be a huge bonus!

  • Someone who has 2+ years of working experience managing social media accounts.

  • Fluent in English as a native language.


  • Managing our Instagram and TikTok social media content calendars.

  • Acting as a community manager, commenting on relevant posts on our social media platforms.

  • Working on briefs for graphic designers to create posts.

  • Brainstorming new engaging content ideas.

  • Researching topics related to sleep to serve as inspiration for our posts.

  • Shooting content of our products to be used on our social media pages.

  • Tailoring all content to meet our key performance indicators: increasing followers, engagement, and organic revenue.
