Senior Channel Sales Manager - Healthcare

Our Channel Program is a targeted focus and plays a pivotal role in accelerating Mason’s growth ambitions. As a Channel Manager, you will assume the responsibility of nurturing and expanding within existing channel partnerships. Your role entails fostering stronger relationships with senior-level executives and sales representatives from our channel partners, meeting revenue targets, and executing our partner recruitment objectives. The Channel Manager will also serve as the face of our solution and will consult and present specific solutions alongside channel sellers.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop a co-selling strategy with channel partners within leveraging their expertise to enhance our offerings

  • Secure ongoing partner preference and investment in Mason solutions with midmarket and enterprise accounts

  • Establish clear goals and priorities; translate strategy into action plans; keep the business focused on the core drivers of profitable growth

  • Hold self and partners accountable for onboarding goals against a timeline

  • Create and develop business plans, and Go-to-Market efforts with targeted incentive programs to drive sales and profitability through this channel

  • In cooperation with marketing and sales enablement, develop sales materials to support our channel sales efforts

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota

  • Serve as the internal subject matter connector for the partner's solutions and technology by developing a deep understanding of partner's strategies and offerings and how they combine with Mason’s solutions to meet customer needs.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Consultative selling approach

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships both internally and externally

  • 5-7+ years full cycle channel sales management & consulting experience including a history of driving partner revenue and growth through channel partners

  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful channel sales strategies

  • Demonstrated ability managing partners and executing joint business planning.

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding quota from channel partner engagements

  • Passion for working with new technologies and new technical concepts

  • Ability to understand different industry needs, how Mason + our channel partners solutions fit within each industry and be highly consultative with both with the channel and prospects 

  • Ability to travel

Bonus points for: 

  • Background in hardware and software

  • Expertise in healthcare industry and trends

Location: Seattle WA  or West Coast preferred

Compensation:

The base salary range estimated for this role is $100,000 to $120,000.  This role has the opportunity to earn variable incentive compensation subject to terms of the applicable plan and on target earnings range from $150,000 - $175,000 with no cap on commissions.

In addition to the base salary, full-time employees are eligible for participation in Mason’s annual discretionary bonus plan and equity plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay based on exemption status. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including their skills, experience level, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.We know that benefits are also an important piece of your total compensation package.
