What we’re looking for

Marketing Strategy Lead (Content & Copy) at Massive Rocket is responsible for championing our brand's voice across the globe. You'll immerse yourself in the worlds of our customers, partners, and team members to truly grasp what resonates with them, translating those insights into compelling content that drives engagement and demand.

By continuously analyzing trends and diving into the pulse of our industry, you'll anticipate emerging interests and ensure Massive Rocket stays ahead of the curve. Your keen eye for detail will shape our brand's point of view across every touchpoint, establishing Massive Rocket as a thought leader.

With your expert guidance, you'll empower teams to create high-quality content that not only educates but also inspires. Your mastery of visual and written communication will be reflected in the comprehensive guidelines you design, ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand's excellence.

Responsibilities

 Understand our key stakeholders (customers, partners and team) and define what relevant means to them.

Anticipate current and future interests to make our business relevant - pro-actively and continuously dig into online content, interviews, community session to identify how to be relevant and what formats will produce results.

 Point of view - Shape and communicate Massive Rocket’s point of view through every touch point from Marketing, to Sales, to Delivery.

 Marketing & Insights - Manage marketing activities to generate demand and increase awareness, covering branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation. Aims to execute a cohesive strategy that engages potential clients effectively.

 Produce credible content that engages and educates: Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content across company’s channels.

 Design guidelines for the rest of the business - design and enforce visual and written content quality guidelines across the business across every single touchpoint.

Experience

Content Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience translating complex information (data, industry trends, audience insights) into compelling content strategies designed for various audiences.

 Content Creation Across Formats: Proven track record writing and editing different content types including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, thought leadership pieces, and potentially scripts for videos/podcasts.

 Audience Analysis and Research: Documented success in proactively studying what different audiences find relevant. This includes digging into online content, interviews, community sessions, etc. to understand interests and needs.

 Design Thinking: Experience with applying visual design principles to content, or a strong understanding of how content and design work together. This would include setting guidelines and working effectively with designers or actual deign experience.

 Brand Consistency: A history of creating and enforcing content quality guidelines across various channels/touchpoints that ensure a clear brand voice and message.

 Sales/Partner Enablement: Experience creating content that supports sales cycles and the onboarding/education of business partners.

 Tech or SaaS background: The complex nature of "Massive Rocket" means the ideal candidate would have familiarity with technology or SaaS products/services.

Skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication and writing abilities

• +5 years experience in a Technical Consulting, Data or Customer Engagement role

• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

• Knowledge of company’s business model, services and technologies

• Proactive approach
