Overview

We are looking for an experienced, creative marketing professional to lead our campaign strategy, helping us to break into our target accounts, industries, and personas. You will develop and implement enterprise demand-generation programs from planning to analysis and iteration, collaborating closely across sales and marketing teams. You’ll be instrumental in helping us to engage with target accounts, achieve our pipeline and revenue targets, and fuel our growth in the coming years. 

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate with the Director of Demand Generation and the broader marketing team to develop campaigns that align with lead and pipeline goals.

  • Coordinate and execute campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, web, events, paid advertising, and [fill in the blank with your creative ideas]!

  • Identify and segment target audiences to deliver personalized and relevant campaign messages.

  • Work across the team to create, execute, and manage campaigns, including directing creative needs, choosing channel mix, driving vendor interactions, managing deliverables, and measuring results.

  • Build unique, multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage the targeted buyer with compelling messages and keep them engaged throughout the buying journey.

  • Support paid media and website campaigns with contractors, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with internal processes and brand standards.

  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to create compelling campaign content, including emails, landing pages, and promotional programs.

  • Collaborate closely with SDR and the sales team on development and execution of campaigns.

  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously seeking innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in developing and managing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Demonstrated success in acquisition and engagement tactics across various channels, including web, mobile apps, SMS, chat, and email.

  • Experience working closely with sales to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and drive pipeline growth.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools Iiterable/Hubspot/Marketo etc), CRMs (Salesforce), and multi-channel engagement technologies.

  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and target account strategies.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.

  • High sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and drive results.

  • Strong ability to interpret prospect engagement data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Goal-focused with a history of exceeding performance metrics and demonstrating marketing effectiveness and ROI.

We typically target the low - mid point of the salary range to allow room for growth within the role. Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. During your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations.
