You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, scalable cross-platform mobile applications and backend solutions for enterprise-level projects. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

• Build and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs with NodeJS.

• Deploy, scale, and manage applications in AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level mobile app development.

• Proven expertise in Flutter for cross-platform mobile solutions.

• Strong experience with NodeJS for backend development and API integration.

• Solid understanding of AWS services for application deployment, monitoring, and scalability.

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and pipeline creation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with nearshore or distributed teams in an Agile environment.

• Familiarity with security best practices for cloud and mobile applications.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker, is a plus.
