Sales Development Intern - Get Paid to Practice. Build a Real Career
Highlights
🔑 Work Directly with Our Founders & Sales Team
🕘 6 Months to 1-Year Internship
🚀 Real Pipeline Responsibility from Day One
🗺 Anywhere (must overlap US time zones 4–5 hours daily)
💰 USD $400 - $600 Monthly Stipend (potential hiring opportunity for full-time)
We need someone who loves the grind, not despite it, but because of it.
Calling prospects, organizing the pipeline, following up for the fourth time, logging it all in the CRM, and doing it again tomorrow. That's the job. And we need someone who reads that sentence and thinks, yes, that's exactly what I want to get good at.
You'll work directly with our head of sales and the sales team on outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, pipeline management, and prospecting. It's repetitive by design. The best salespeople in the world became great because they showed up to the same process every single day and got 1% better each time.
That's the opportunity here.
Why You'll Love It Here
First, we're a fun-loving, dynamic bunch, always ready to tackle new challenges. Join us and you'll never experience a dull moment.
Do you get a rush from a clean pipeline at the end of the day? Perfect, so do we.
Not a fan of cubicles and offices? Cool, neither are we. We've been working the remote scene for a while now. Work when you're feeling sharp.
Enjoy being part of a worldwide team. We're spread across Bangladesh, Canada, Germany, Chile, Kenya, Brazil, Pakistan, Romania, USA, Colombia, and Argentina.
No formal sales experience? No sweat. We care more about your drive to learn and your love for the process than your resume.
*You'll fit right in if you're the kind of person who follows up one more time when everyone else has given up.
Just a heads-up: I might have looked like a terrified squirrel the first time I went skydiving. But hey, I just did it. So if you don't mind joining a team headed by a brave squirrel, come on in.
Check out my squirrel face right here.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
This isn't a shadow-the-team role. You'll be inside the pipeline, supporting our head of sales and account executives with the real work of building and moving deals forward.
Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
Managing and updating CRM records so nothing falls through the cracks
Booking qualified meetings and following up relentlessly until you get a response
Researching and building prospect lists using tools like Clay and LinkedIn
Supporting active sequences and making sure no leads go cold by accident
Sitting in on sales calls to learn how we handle objections and close
You won't be making decks or writing blog posts. You'll be learning the craft of sales by doing it.
Where You Could Go From Here
Your first job is to learn the process and earn trust. After that, where you grow depends on where you shine. We have four paths, and the right candidate will naturally drift toward one of them.
📞 Sales Execution
If you're strong on calls and follow-ups and smart enough to personalize your outreach, you'll start supporting deal nurturing, helping manage the board and keeping active deals warm between touchpoints. The best closers on our team started exactly here.
📋 Sales Call Prep
If you're detail-oriented and love research, you'll help prep our sales team before every call — building prospect profiles, surfacing the right intel, and making sure we walk into every conversation already knowing what matters to the buyer.
🎯 Visitor Intelligence, Vector + RB2B
If you're analytical and enjoy connecting signals to action, you'll work inside our visitor de-anonymization workflow — qualifying inbound intent signals and turning them into outreach. High volume, high impact, and a skill set very few people in the market have yet.
💼 LinkedIn Support
If you're strong on the platform and understand tone and audience, you'll support Peter's LinkedIn presence by handling DMs, managing outreach from secondary accounts, and writing posts alongside our content team.
You don't get to pick your track on day one. You earn it.
You'll Thrive Here If...
You genuinely like talking to people. Not in a "I can tolerate it" way, you actually find outreach interesting and get a little energized when someone responds.
You get satisfaction from a clean pipeline. Logging a call, moving a prospect forward, booking a meeting, that stuff doesn't feel like admin to you. It feels like progress. You can do it 40 times a day and still bring the same energy to call number 41.
You follow up three times before deciding a lead is dead. You keep a system. You don't rely on memory. Your CRM, your prospect list, your task queue, all of it is current and navigable by someone else at any moment. You're comfortable being told no. A lot. And you don't take it personally, you move on and dial the next one.
If the daily rhythm of outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management sounds exhausting to you, this isn't the right fit. If it sounds like exactly the kind of work you want to get really good at, keep reading…
Your Skills
Obsessively organized: 50+ active prospects, zero falling through the cracks. You have a system and you protect it.
Process-driven by nature: daily call blocks, follow-up sequences, CRM updates are your comfort zone, not your burden.
Detail-oriented to a fault: wrong name in an email, missed follow-up, stale CRM record: these things bother you before anyone else notices.
C1 English level: clean, professional writing that doesn't sound robotic.
Comfortable on the phone, or fully committed to getting there fast.
Any CRM experience: Salesforce, GoHighLevel, doesn't matter.
LinkedIn outreach familiarity: or the discipline to learn it properly.
Bonus: Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or similar prospecting tools.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, we won't be holding your hand every step of the way.
Team player: your organized pipeline makes everyone else's job easier.
*This is your chance to take the reins, get creative, and figure it out. It's not always a walk in the park, but you'll gain a ton of experience, and it will be worth it. We promise.
They Started Where You Are!
Watch What Our Previous Interns Say About The Internship:
Almost everyone on our team started as an intern. That's not a talking point, it's the entire model. I literally wrote the playbook on it (coming soon):
Maria was managing client projects and our entire internal team by month one. Full-time by month three. Her words:
Everyone put trust in me to lead effectively, that's what empowered me to take the position.
Laura came in just wanting flexibility and practical skills. She left with a completely different way of thinking about strategy.
I got both of those things, and more.
Cami, our current SEO lead, knew nothing about SEO when she started. She now owns content for three clients across multiple brands.
You had confidence in me even in times when I didn't.

This isn't busywork. It's 20 minutes that'll tell you more about how we operate than any job description could. If you watch it and think this is my kind of team, then send us a Loom (free tool, just Google it) telling us:
Who you are. Tell me a bit about yourself and why you think you are the next A+ teammate for our remote crew.
What landed for you in the episode
Why sales process, not just sales results, genuinely excite you
We read every Loom. We skip every application that arrives without one.
