Muskoka Cottage Management, an innovator in the vacation rental management industry, is on the hunt for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator. Your role will involve refining & magnifying our brand's presence, spearheading innovative marketing campaigns, and driving engagement across various platforms and channels.

  • Strategize and execute marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience.

  • Manage our social media presence, especially on Instagram, engage with our community, and drive traffic to our booking channels (AirBnb, VRBO, Direct Booking, Mariott Homes & Villas etc.)

  • Collaborate with influencers to amplify our brand reach, authenticity, and OTA traffic.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing strategies, making data-driven decisions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Coordinate with operations and other teams for cross-functional campaigns and projects.


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on AirBnb and vacation rental properties.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram.

  • A minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing.

  • Proven track record in devising and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Familiarity with Airbnb's platform and policies.

  • Team player and positive attitude.

  • Experience with ClickUp is highly desirable.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication prowess.

  • Self-motivated, especially in a remote work environment.

  • Proficiency in tools like WhatsApp, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Social Media, and other online platforms.

  • Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus.
