Social Media Manager (REMOTE)

We are a Swiss company specializing in the production and sale of DIY crochet kits. Our mission is to inspire creative minds worldwide by providing them with the tools and instructions needed to create their own crochet projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager who will represent our brand online and grow and engage our community of crochet enthusiasts.

Tasks

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

• Create, plan, and publish creative and engaging content on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Manage community interactions: engage with our followers, respond to questions and comments, and build an active and engaged community

• Conduct social media campaigns and collaborations with influencers

• Analyze and report on social media activities using KPIs and optimize strategies based on results

• Monitor trends and implement new social media trends and best practices

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management

• Excellent knowledge of common social media platforms and tools

• Creative thinking and a flair for visual aesthetics and storytelling

• Strong communication skills in English
