Marketing & Partnerships Associate
Marketing & Partnerships Associate
We’re looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Associate to join our team and help drive Auctria’s marketing and partnership efforts forward. You’ll work directly with our Director of Business Growth and Strategy, supporting business strategies from webinars and lead generation to conferences and partner relationships. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience within or alongside the nonprofit sector, ensuring a strong understanding of our clients’ unique needs.
This is a hands-on role that requires initiative and follow-through. While you’ll collaborate closely with others, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their projects—managing timelines, solving problems, and seeing things through from idea to execution.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to implement digital strategies and ensure brand and message consistency.
You'll be contributing to work that supports fundraisers across North America—and seeing real impact in real time. Experience in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred, and familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a big plus—bonus points if you bring both.
Just to clarify: this is not a sales role. There’s no cold calling, no quotas, and no commission—just meaningful, collaborative work that helps people raise more money for great causes.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate on strategic initiatives such as webinars, lead funnels, and marketing campaigns
Coordinate and host product demos, educational webinars, and online events
Represent Auctria on video calls with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
Support and maintain partner relationships across North America
Assist in planning and executing conference attendance, including in-person support
Reach out to high-potential accounts and help guide them through Auctria's platform
Monitor activity across leads and partners to help shape future strategies
Review and contribute to outbound marketing emails in collaboration with our Brand Strategy Manager
Keep CRM records accurate and updated with follow-ups and partner communications
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
You live and can legally work in Canada and can legally travel to the U.S. without requiring a visa
Comfortable and engaging on camera—you’ll be leading webinars, demos, and partner video calls regularly
Proactive and dependable: you take ownership of your work from planning to execution
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities—from coordinating logistics to leading live demos and following up with potential clients or partners.
Team player who collaborates well with internal team members and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented and able to identify trends and opportunities in the lead and partner pipeline
Strong communication skills, including the ability to edit and improve marketing materials
Nice to Have:
Prior experience with nonprofits, fundraising, or event-based organizations
Prior experience with a Software as a Service
CRM experience
Familiarity with SEO, LLMs, or digital marketing trends
This is a fully remote position open to Canadian residents only.
We welcome candidates who thrive in a flexible work environment and are excited to contribute to a mission-driven team making a real difference in the non profit and mission driven areas.
Experience in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred, and familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a big plus—bonus points if you bring both, yes this is here twice because it is really important.
Don't wait, tomorrow could be too late.
