The Role:
NOCD is seeking a passionate leader to oversee our Therapist Recruitment function. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track-record of building effective recruiting strategies to identify and engage top talent. This candidate excels in a fast paced, dynamic environment where egoless questioning is welcomed and is eager to execute on ambitious hiring goals. Responsibilities:
Successfully lead our therapist recruiting team by creating a clear vision, developing best practices and sharing expertise
Build innovative and effective strategies for identifying and engaging top talent
Drive process improvement and efficiencies with a focus on building an end-to-end recruiting engine that can scale
Partner with key hiring teams to build an interview process that effectively assesses skills and culture fit
Design and execute on an employer branding strategy
Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, understand competencies required for success and define recruiting priorities
Manage and leverage key recruiting metrics to regularly assess the success of our recruiting strategies and evolve as needed
Share reports on key recruitment metrics and plans with senior leadership team
Build an external network to ensure an active talent pipeline for both current and future job opportunities
Requirements:
10 - 15 years of recruiting experience, including experience managing a team of recruiters. Experience working with Clinicians, Behavioral Health and/or Medical Field is preferred
Solid track record of developing active candidate pipelines and building recruiting strategies
Ability to clearly articulate and differentiate the value of NOCD in a highly competitive hiring market
Solution-focused and passionate about finding innovative ways to solve recruiting challenges
Ownership mindset with the ability to act with urgency to seamlessly manage multiple, evolving priorities and hiring demands
Effective communicator who is known for their ability to build trust amongst the senior leadership team
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and professional networks (e.g. GreenHouse ATS, AppCast, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
