ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NP Digital is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to streamline processes and workflows across different departments, while spotting opportunities for improvements. Your role is to ensure the operational excellence and efficiency of our business practices. In this crucial position, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance our vendor management systems, contract administration, and operational troubleshooting efforts. This opportunity offers the chance to directly contribute to the optimization of our operational framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
This role is available due to an internal transition, offering a great opportunity for a new team member to join and make an impact.
As part of our dynamic operations team, you will develop your professional skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment, positioning yourself as a key player in the ongoing success and growth of NPD.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and action department mailboxes and maintain the Vendor repository, including vendor onboarding and payment reconciliation
Adhere to and support a zero-trust security framework by following company policies and escalating identified security risks
Review, document, and ensure compliance with client contractual requirements
Provide basic support for business systems (e.g., CRM, call recording systems, Project Management System), including troubleshooting errors
Test and validate changes in business systems and processes to meet specifications before rollout
Perform basic administration of CRM, Project Management, eSignature, and call recording systems, and collaborate on more advanced tasks with the Operations management
Engage proactively in troubleshooting and administration tasks by asking probing questions
Foster a continuous improvement mindset, actively participating in meetings to identify and implement efficiency opportunities
Translate user requirements into project specifications and communicate project statuses to stakeholders
Manage data entry tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Basic Salesforce/CRM administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Coordinate escalated CRM issues with offshore development team
ABOUT YOU
3-5 years of experience in operations, sales operations, or similar, preferably within a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
Familiarity with SharePoint, eSignature platforms, project management fundamentals and basic Office 365 applications
Experience in vendor management, including onboarding, renewal processes, and payment reconciliation ideal
Basic understanding of contract review and approval processes
Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting operational issues
Capability to assist in the development and updates of operational guides and training materials
Experience in creating and maintaining simple process flows and forms ideal
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
Self-starter who proactively addresses situations before they become problems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and the ability to act as a primary contact for such requests
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
BONUS POINTS
Basic experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Previous experience in a role requiring the maintenance of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a variety of projects and constituencies with varying skill and experience levels

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION
Base Salary: USD $55,000.00 to $70,000.00; depending on experience and skills
Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
