Digital Performance Account Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Performance Account Manager to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to unlock the growth potential within each of our clients. You will do this by providing strategic digital performance insight for our clients, working on their account plans and supporting your team to develop strong media plans. 
In this role you’ll be the primary contact with our clients, and will work with them over multiple years in the development, evolution and execution of their future plans, proposing new initiatives as needed. You will maintain client leadership, implement processes and systems to retain and grow clients, lead campaign strategy, maintain your knowledge of best practice digital marketing and fundraising performance and use analytics and insights from ntegrity’s hundreds of campaigns and market data to inform strategies.

About you

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and fundraising, with a focus on website, search, social media, and email channels. 

  • 2+ years of experience working in or with not-for-profit organisations, demonstrating a strong understanding of their unique fundraising needs and challenges. This can be in-house or agency side.

  • Deep knowledge of current and emerging fundraising and marketing trends, enabling strategic guidance.

  • Successful track record of developing and implementing effective fundraising campaigns that resonate with target audiences and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.

  • Understanding of financial modelling and performance analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Strategically plan and implement fundraising strategies that support client objectives, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their internal environment and provide strategic guidance.

  • Analysis & Research: Conduct analysis to identify and communicate insights that will inform strategic work; this includes leveraging quantitative and qualitative data, developing and conducting interviews and surveys, and using digital tools and channels to identify insights.

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and provide strategic guidance throughout the fundraising process. Develop and lead workshops to achieve the project and client objectives, including vision, empathy mapping, and customer journey. Present to clients at an executive and/or board level.

  • Digital Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital fundraising channels and technologies.

  • Data Analysis: Draw key insights and recommendations and develop clear, data-driven strategies that enable clients to achieve their objectives.
