Position Overview

As an SEO Sales & Partnerships Manager, you will be focused on reaching new clients, building strategic alliances, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Your role will involve identifying and following up with leads, coordinating with the SEO team on recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved. We want someone who can keep projects moving forward while helping the company grow its client base and partnership network.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Contact new leads and nurture relationships from initial interest to signed agreement.

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, such as affiliate networks or other agencies.

  • Client Communication: Assist in preparing presentations and proposals that highlight SEO strategies and expected outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal SEO experts to answer technical questions and refine strategies.

  • Reporting & Follow-Up: Keep tabs on leads in CRM or project management tools, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.

  • Problem-Solving: Address any hurdles or concerns raised by leads or partners, escalating only when necessary.

  • Administration: Help the operations lead with tasks related to workflows, client requests, and basic administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a sales or partnerships role, preferably within a digital marketing or SEO-focused agency.

  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to lead discussions and presentations.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, partners, and tasks without getting overwhelmed.

  • Basic SEO Knowledge: Enough understanding to discuss strategies and coordinate with experts on more advanced questions.

  • Tech Tools: Familiarity with CRM and project management software (examples include Go High Level, Notion, Slack).

  • Responsiveness: Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where quick follow-up and teamwork are vital.
