We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter who is as passionate about building teams as we are about building software. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in not only identifying and hiring top technical talent, but also in shaping and elevating Nutrient’s employer brand to position us as the destination of choice for world-class engineers, product experts, and technical leaders. What You’ll Work On…

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

  • Enhance Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to build and execute initiatives that showcase Nutrient’s culture, mission, and impact to the broader developer community.

  • Design Exceptional Candidate Experiences: Develop and implement an engaging, transparent, and memorable interview process that reflects Nutrient’s collaborative and innovative culture.

  • Partner with Leadership: Work closely with hiring managers and executives to deeply understand team needs and craft targeted hiring strategies.

  • Build Developer Community Relationships: Engage with developer communities, attend industry events, and leverage online platforms to create lasting connections with top talent.

  • Optimize Hiring Processes: Continuously evaluate and refine our hiring workflows, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • Proven Success in Technical Recruitment: A strong track record of hiring exceptional technical talent in high-growth environments, spanning roles like software engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers.

  • Deep Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency with sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies, including GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities.

  • Employer Branding Skills: Experience crafting and implementing strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top-tier talent.

  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels, inspiring confidence and engagement.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Comfort using metrics and analytics to measure recruitment success and inform strategies.

  • Growth Mindset: A passion for learning and adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
