Creative Ads Coordinator

Your mission

Odds Scanner is looking for a Creative Ads Coordinator to join our full-time team in Malta.

As a Creative Ads Coordinator, you will oversee and contribute to all stages of content production, from briefing and copywriting to video editing and static creative development. By managing the content production process with a strong focus on performance metrics, you will ensure high-quality output and continuous optimization. We are looking for someone with strong team management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the content creation team, with different expertise: copywriting, video editing and design

• Manage this different expertise inside of the team to build an ad content production line

• Understand the needs of each project to allocate the team members, according to the expertise demands, in project squads

• Have a clear understanding of each project conversion funnel and build the contents related to the needs

• As mentioned above, the contents produced by this team are 100% focused on performance and conversion

• Build a very strong and close relationship with the Paid Media team, as the main internal client of the Content Creation Team

• The Content Production routine should be managed based on performance metrics

• Inspire the entire Content Production structure with good chases, examples and best practices to generate the expected results on each project.

Requirements

• Proven 5 years of experience with Content and Digital Marketing

• Team Management and leading skills

• Fluency in English and Portuguese

• Solid experience on working with content based on performance

• Experience on working on the different content production stages: briefing, copywriting, video editing, static creatives

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in design, graphic design, journalism, marketing, communications, or related discipline

• Proficiency with content creation and management tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Premier, ClickUp, Trello tools

• Desired experience with iGaming and Sports Betting

• Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadline

• Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples

• Metrics and performance analysis as part of the content production process

• Growth Marketing experience

• Advanced experience with technologies necessary for outstanding digital content management
