
Marketing Manager- Optitex

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to position products effectively in the market, differentiate them from competitors, and support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategies and Execution
Develop and execute marketing strategies and activities.
Design go-to-market strategies for new launches.
Define value propositions for target audiences, emphasizing features, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs).
Position software effectively against competitors.
Manage and execute the annual marketing activities calendar.
Product Marketing
Collaborate with product teams to understand features, updates, and roadmaps.
Translate technical details into user-friendly messaging.
Develop product-focused materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and FAQs.
Lead Generation, Digital, and Inbound Marketing
Focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
Manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, in collaboration with partners.
Create demand-generation strategies, such as lead magnets, webinars, and case studies.
Use inbound techniques to attract and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
Market Research
Conduct competitor analysis, industry trend studies, and research within professional communities.
Analyze customer pain points to tailor messaging effectively.
Sales Enablement
Equip sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, and demo scripts.
Provide training to ensure consistent messaging.
Support lead nurturing and deal-closing efforts.
Reporting and Analytics
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign Reporting, and Hootsuite to track and report on marketing performance.
Monitor metrics such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Event and Partner Marketing
Organize or participate in conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Build co-marketing opportunities with technology partners, resellers, or distributors.
CRM Management
Oversee the setup and maintenance of the CRM system to track and manage data, collaboration, and performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in tech marketing is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.) to measure campaign success.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
Communication & Creativity: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a creative mindset for branding and messaging.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and other marketing platforms.
Networking & Relationship Building: Experience in managing partnerships, agencies, and vendor relationships.
