  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, security, operations) to align priorities and resources

  • Develop a strong understanding of our software, system architecture, and deployment models

  • Support configuration, rollout, and feature implementation in collaboration with technical teams

  • Ensure compliance with data protection, information security, and regulatory standards relevant to defense sector projects

  • Ensure high quality and reliability of project outcomes in security-critical contexts

  • Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies

About you

  • Degree in engineering, economics, or related field

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, preferably in the defense sector

  • Deep understanding of PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or comparable governance frameworks, combined with practical experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models. Certification is a plus

  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage parallel workstreams

  • Solid technical affinity and the ability to understand and work with software-based products

  • Good understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in sensitive environments

  • Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders in formal, structured organizations

  • Clear, precise communication style and strong documentation skills

  • High degree of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail

  • C1+ in German and English

What we offer

  • Direct impact on critical missions in the defense sector

  • Remote‑first in Germany with occasional team events in Berlin

  • Home office budget and great equipment

  • 30 days vacation
